Q1: How do you keep the customer information confidentiality?
A1: It is a good question, and also most of the customers will have the same thinking, we have Non-Disclosure Agreement with all the employees.
Q2: How long will the quote be finished?
A2: Actually it depends on how many items you want to quote. Normally 1-2 simple project, we will provide the quotation within two days. If you have many items, normally it takes 3-4 days to work out. If you are really urgent, we will make a special arrangement for you.
Q3: How to pack the die casting parts?
A3: Die Casting parts are easier be damaged, we need to protect the casting parts properly, so we use strong carton box, and according the casting parts feature to design inside divided. We also can pack the products according to your special requirement.
Q4: How to arrange the shipment?
A4: Here are some steps: According the order quantity to prepare the cargo. Prepare packing list and commercial invoice and booking form, send those documents to Forwarder. Get the confirmed booking NO# from Forwarder. Arrange truck to load the cargo and send to Forwarder. we will get Bill of Landing after the boat leave the seaport several days later, then Send the Bill of Landing to Customer for them to clear the custom.
